Security of Data Communication
All data transmitted between your computer and Workpapers.com is secured with minimum 128 bit SSL encryption using Trustwave SSL certificates for authentication. This is the same level of security used by all major banking institutions for online banking encryption.
Data Backup, Replication, and Redundancy
All data entered into the system is immediately replicated to servers in redundant, geographically separated datacenters across the United States to ensure ultra-high availability. In addition full backups of the system servers (including both filesystems and databases) are conducted every 8 hours. All backups are then saved to redundant, geographically separated file storage systems. All data can sustain not only the complete physical loss of multiple servers, but even loss of entire datacenters.
SAS 70 Audit Verification
While certainly not technically applicable for most organizations we serve under the authoritative SAS 70 guidance, we have elected to complete a SAS 70 audit covering the Audit Fuel Workpapers service. This audit is currently in process, however has not yet been issued. The first SAS 70 report covering Audit Fuel Workpapers is expected to be issued in October of 2010. It will be a Type II report covering the period of April 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010.
