How to Count the Users in Your Plan
If you select a paid plan, you may add as many users as you like. However, there can only be the number specified by the plan “active” at any time. So, if you select the “Manager” plan, you can add unlimited users to your account, but only six may be active at any given time (the others must be suspended). As an account administrator, you can very easily suspend and un-suspend any user or block of users at any time to meet the six active user plan restriction.
*Contrary to popular belief, storing and globally distributing the amount of data we handle in each account is extremely expensive. Thus, we unfortunately cannot allow file uploads in free accounts. However, absolutely every other feature in the system is fully supported in free accounts. We sincerely hope you understand.
Private Server Plans and Pricing
Large organizations looking to support many users with ultra-high performance requirements may want to consider a private installation. Private server installs will give an organization a dedicated server (or many servers), dedicated databases for system data, dedicated file storage, and dedicated firewall where we can implement customized configuration.

Pricing for private server installations includes a one time setup fee (starting at $1000 depending on specific needs) and a monthly or annual service fee (starting at $1500/month with discounts for annual payment).
